All buyers are required to register and maintain a complete bidder profile at in order to bid. Your personal details (including bidder username) will be kept private and not published on the site. A complete bidder profile must include your name, bidder username, address, phone number and email address.

Please provide a current, active email address. We will use your email address to notify you about changes in your bid status and maintain communication with you beyond the sale. If you win an auction or are outbid on an item, you will be automatically updated via email.

To place a bid, you must have a complete profile and be signed in to the Kirk Brothers Auctioneers website. Once signed in, you can enter your desired maximum bid and click “Bid” on any item in the catalog.

Kirk Brothers Auctioneers currently accepts bank transfers and wires for purchases made online.

Upon winning an auction item, bank transfer and wire details will be delivered to your inbox. Arrange for the full amount of your auction invoice to be delivered to Kirk Brothers Auctioneers. Once your invoice has been paid, you will receive the necessary receipts and instructions to arrange item pick up.

Most items for sale on our website remain with their seller until the auction has been completed.

Upon winning an online auction, you will receive instructions for how to complete payment for your item. With your paid receipt, you will receive instructions and addresses for arranging pick up of your won item with the seller.

Please ensure you have a valid email address on file in your bidder profile so that we are able to easily contact you with such information.

All sales final.
